Migrant Workers
Part of BMSL expansion includes the provision of Migrant Workers.
With demands for skilled labour out growing those working in the construction industry BMSL have formed relationships with various companies throughout Europe who can
supply skilled and unskilled labour to meet industry needs.
BMSL’s migrant workers policy shows we are committed to a long term strategy treating them fairly and utilising their skills as an extension to our work force.
We provide a service of subsidised housing through our accommodation division, also daily transport, return flights and 5 days leave every 13 weeks in addition
to seasonal holidays and industry shut downs.
BMSL will source the labour, translate qualifications and deal with all the logistics relating to starting operatives. BMSL are confident that clients will find this
a value for money alternative that will actually increase productivity and keep costs down.
We ensure all migrant workers have the correct permits to work in the UK or any other host country, that they have had a Europol check, a health check and where needed
a special acceptance certificate from the Home Office.
We also supply a number of non EU Migrant Workers for specific roles
within various industries, previously we applied for VISA’s and Work Permits as
per legislation but now BMSL hold a sponsors license issued by the UK Borders
Agency. This license allows BMSL to quickly ascertain whether the category
of non EU worker is identified on the shortage of trades list enabling us to
apply for the relevant documentation and mobilise these individuals quickly.
BMSL have the facility to trade test workers throughout Europe and in
the far East prior to employment , these testing facilities can be tailored to
the needs of our individual clients and incorporate any specialised trade
testing requirements.
