Active involvement with our drivers on a day to day basis through our consultants and driver supervisors helps to keep safety ,defensive driving and customer care at the forefront of our drivers daily routine.
Welfare is also paramount and where we procure drivers from outside our clients area we are able to source accommodation for them, we ensure that their welfare and housing is of a very high standard. This ensures that there are no impediments to punctuality and seamless integration with the clients own workforce.
We work exceedingly hard to satisfy clients requirements and as a dedicated Bus and Coach supplier we are fully committed to the Industry and actively promote and encourage drivers to seek full time positions with our client companies.
While there is a general shortage of skilled drivers we always manage to alleviate driver shortages through pre planning with our clients and our reputation with the available driver pool.
We also initiate and manage major overseas recruitment programmes to bring new drivers into the UK. We
manage the whole process including housing and all other welfare and statutory issues.
